From the founder
I started Dachman Audio when I had my own project studio in Brooklyn. I couldn't spend thousands of dollars on one microphone, and I didn't want the mics I could afford to be the reason a session fell short, for me or for the people I recorded. So I started building my own, to the original schematics of the mics I wanted in the first place. I built mics so I wouldn't have to think about mics.
That's still the point. Every Dachman mic is built to the circuit of the microphone it reproduces, tested before it ships, and priced so anyone serious about sound can own one. I sign off on the design of every model.
