A Heritage Reborn

Overview

A meticulous 67 Style Reproduction

Vintage Sound. Recreated for Today.

Originally introduced in 1960, the U67 became the heartbeat of studios worldwide with its warm, smooth sound and unmistakable design. The DA 67 faithfully honors that legacy, precisely recreated using the original vintage schematics. Every detail—from its classic tube circuitry to its transformer-balanced output—echoes the craftsmanship of the original.

How We Do It

The DA 67 is the culmination of two years of dedicated product development and testing. Every component has been carefully selected by the Dachman team, with the sole purpose of ensuring that the DA 67 delivers authentic vintage sound with modern reliability.

DA-BV12 Transformer

Delivers a balanced output that faithfully reproduces the vintage sound with clarity across all frequencies.

Vintage 67 Schematics

By rigorously adhering to the original vintage schematics, we’ve recreated this legendary circuit to deliver that unmistakable, smooth sonic character.

Trust Through Transparency

More than just an incredible value

Uncompromising Quality

The DA 67 is built using premium, discrete components—quality resistors, capacitors, and more—assembled under strict quality standards. Every microphone set undergoes a full 24-hour testing process to ensure consistent, professional-grade performance. With each microphone bearing a unique serial number (matched on the power supply), authenticity and attention to detail are guaranteed.

Stable & Reliable

Power That Performs

Introducing the PSU67—engineered to deliver the steady, low-noise voltage essential for optimal tube performance. With advanced MOSFET regulation, a soft-start on the heater, and a delayed soft-start for the high voltage, this PSU ensures your tubes warm up safely and operate with the precision you'd expect from a professional piece of studio gear for years to come.

A dream come true!

I had already recorded most of the vocals for my latest project with a DA 87i when the DA 67 NOS Telefunken EF806S arrived. As good as the 87i sounds, the 67 is in another league. I made the choice to scrap days of work and re-record the vocals with the 67. Just like a high end instrument, it inspires me to achieve a higher level of performance than I thought was possible. I give it six stars!

The Best U67 Recreation on Earth!

This mic is insane. It might be the best and most authentic sounding mic that Dachman makes — which is saying a lot, because each one of their mics are incredible. The DA 67 has that velvety warmth, subtle saturation, and slight but glorious compression that one would expect from a mic five times the price. This is not hyperbole. This is an accurate statement, and not one I would just willy nilly throw around. This is going to be a classic mic for all time.

Before you buy some mass produced factory mic, stop and look at Dachman mics. Handmade in USA with extremely high-end components and total attention to detail.

Thinking of getting this? Do it. Do it now. You won’t regret it.

Damn, This Is One Sweet Microphone…

I warmed the mic up for about 30 minutes and then recorded some vocals straight into interface. Mic was right side up not upside down, no problem what so ever. No noise issues, everything worked as it should… After letting my ears rest for a while, did a mini mix ITB on the vocal and with 3-4 plug-ins I was able to get that sound I hear on major labels, it took EQ and compression very well. There’s something about recording with a tube mic that you can’t replicate with plug-ins. It’s sounds very smooth and not exaggerated in anyway, just very even, thus easier to work with in post production. I have a Neumann TLM 103 which sounds great, just doesn’t compare to a tube mic, this DA67 is quiet. So happy I love this microphone.

In LOVE 😍

Just had a chance to record my grand piano with two Dachman 67s and I have to say, it sounds SO good!

Positioned 6 inches from the hammers on strings facing straight down and 6 inches from each side(to capture bass strings with one and treble strings with the other)

I have a Telefunken Copperhead and prefer the DA 67.

The tweed case is a really nice touch. First Dachman microphones and thoroughly impressed. Thank you to the team for the passion and dedication.👌🏻🙌🏼🙏🏻

Really the closest thing I’ve ever heard to a U67

Remarkable microphone. I had to send it back because i could not afford to keep it, due to important things coming up. This microphone is so nice I got the Ef806s tube with it too. It legit sounded like butter. Will likely be buying it back for keeps in the future. DACHMAN has a better duplicate 67 than anybody on the market.

Love it or your money back
