We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receipt. Unless otherwise specified, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and accessories included/attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting its condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow approximately seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For products that arrive defective or damaged, please contact customer service at to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • DIY microphone kits and kit components must be returned in new, unused condition. If any aspect of the kit is found to be used, damaged, or otherwise not in new condition, customer will not be granted a refund. The product will be returned to the customer address on file.
  • Microphone capsules must be unused and in new condition in order to qualify for a refund. Used but otherwise undamaged microphone capsules may be accepted for return, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Pre-assembled microphones must be returned in like-new condition with all accessories and packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
