Orders and Shipping
For products that are in stock, we generally ship in under 24 hours.
Within the U.S., smaller items ship via USPS First Class service and take approximately 3 business days to reach their destination. Larger items, like microphones, ship for free (in the U.S.) via Fedex or UPS Ground and generally take 1 to 5 business days to reach their destination.
Expedited shipping options are available for additional cost.
You have the option to create an account at the time of checkout.

We currently ship to North America, Europe, South America, Australia, and Japan.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a free, no-hassle 30-day return policy. We’ll even cover your return shipping if you’re located in the United States.
- DIY Kits and kit components must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Microphone capsules must be unused and in new condition.
- Pre-assembled microphones must be returned in like-new condition with all accessories and packaging.
