For products that are in stock, we generally ship within 24 hours.

You have the option to create an account at the time of checkout.

Log in to My Account and select Orders from the list.

We currently ship to North America, Europe, South America, Australia, and Japan.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a no-hassle 14-day return policy.

  • DIY Kits and kit components must be returned in new, unused condition.
  • Microphone capsules may only be returned if they are unopened and in new condition.
  • Pre-assembled microphones must be returned in like-new condition and with all accessories and packaging. A 15% restock fee may be deducted from your return if the microphone is returned in less than “like-new” condition, or, we may refuse the return altogether if the microphone has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or inadequate protection in the return shipment.

Usually yes! If we aren’t offering a pre-order, you can usually sign up for the waitlist to be notified when the product is back in stock.
